Your package will be delivered within 1-2 business days after placing the order. We ship our packages with DHL or PostNL and a signature can be requested upon receipt. If you are not at home to receive the package, the carrier will leave a note with information about how and where you can pick up the package. It may also be that he / she will try two more times to deliver your package. You can also choose to have the package delivered directly to a collection point. Please note that we can no longer change a delivery address once the order has been shipped. Moreover, we do not send your package again if you have not received it.
If for any reason you wish to return your online purchase, you can return unused items within 7 days of receipt. This is also called the reflection time.
We must also have received the returned items within 7 days. You can return the items in 2 ways: by post / courier, or in a retailer of IVAN in the Netherlands.
If you want to return the order by post or courier, this is at your own expense. We are not responsible for products that are returned to us incorrectly. We advise you to use a courier service that assures you the value of the items you send back, or you provide proof of shipment.

Returning in a store is also possible In the Netherlands it is also possible to return your order free of charge in one of our official retail stores of IVAN.
1. Include proof of purchase such as the packing slip or order confirmation.
2. If the return meets all conditions as described on this page ‘Returns’, you will receive a proof of delivery at the store. Keep it well.
3. No cash can be returned in the store for your online purchases. You will receive a refund for the returned items on the account you used for the original purchase without delay and within 14 days at the latest (for more information, see ‘Refund’).
If you have made use of your right of withdrawal, we will pay the amount paid for the item in question (including any shipping costs) without delay and in any case not later than fourteen days after receipt of the message that you want to terminate the agreement, provided we you have actually received the item in question or you can prove that the item has been returned. It is not possible to exchange products, in the store or via the webshop.
